Faulty (badly packaged tightly rolled) heat pad short circuited two cables (fully functional in separate rooms) and seller knew his item was faulty despite BS story about testing it prior to sending it out! I am out by two expensive cables and he immediately refunded me without waiting to receive the defective item back and test himself. I offered to send him cables and the reasonable expectation was that he would have replaced the cables. There is no light on either cable!
